I am attempting to use a trial version of WINDVD Creator for the first time,
using a DVD+RW disc. Everything seemed to go well until the process reached
"Job: burn disc: 97%", "Task: write disc 97%", "Total: 99%." But it has
been stuck at that point for 30 minutes. Why would it hang and what can I do
about it?

Thanks.

I wrote that in haste; a little clarification might help. I was trying to
author a DVD disc as a test project for this program. The only content was
an 800 MB mpeg file downloaded from the open source Internet Archive site. I
included a simple menu. I'm running Windows XP home on an HP pc with 1Gb of
RAM, but only shared video memory. I wasn't multi-tasking during the burning
process. The disc was a Memorex which has been written to successfully a
few times before.

I have heard mostly negative things about Intervideo products, including
poor or non-existent support.

I had just tried this ver with windows vista and worked for me , except
that when going
to preview will hang program completely and I needed to kill it in
task manager.
But the dvd producing worked OK
